Service Description
Eyebrows will be threaded trimmed, tweezed, cleaned, and set with grooming products. Numbing and waxing are available by request. SERVICE INCLUDES: • Wash, thread/wax, tweeze and trim • Eyebrow mapping for symmetry • Styled with enhancing products such as gels, holding pomades, and HD concealers. SERVICE UPGRADES To add, click on "Service Add-Ons from the menu bar and add to cart. • Add on Hydrating Eyebrow Jelly Mask $15 • Add on Brow Lamination for $65 • To add on henna or tinting/brow dye, please STOP and choose the correct service. HAIR REMOVAL DISCLAIMER: If you are using any retinols, or chemical exfoliants, or have had dermaplanning or micro-needling done within the past week, you must wait 7 days. The skin is thin and can suffer damage. • Wax lays on top of the skin. It removes a thin layer of skin while removing the hair. A burn can occur. • Thread lays on top of the skin where the hair is looped and removed directly from the follicle. Please state which one you would like before the service begins. The skin may be pinched if not stretched enough. PLEASE KNOW: If you have any COLD, flu, pneumonia, or cold symptoms, schedule when you feeling better :-) - Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. - A form must be completed before booking an appointment. Clients must book their own appointments. Appointments are not scheduled by the service provider. - Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Arrive 5 minutes before the appointment. If you are late more than 10 minutes, there is a $5 fee. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or reschedules must be done 48 hours before your appointment. By canceling 48 hours in advance new and existing clients will have the option to book a re-book immediately if a slot is available. Reschedules are counted as cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule more than 3 times, you may not book another appointment for 3 months. When you cancel or reschedule 3 times, the time that was reserved for your appointment included setup, materials, and anticipating your full-service eyebrow treatment. Please be kind and respectful by keeping your scheduled appointment times. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy. Please Note. Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. Deposits go towards services. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service or product. All services or products are final. No exceptions. Non-Refundable Deposits All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is half the cost of your service. Deposits go towards your service. The deposit is also if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. Please try to avoid no-shows and late cancellations.
