HAIR REMOVAL DISCLAIMER: If you are using any retinols, or chemical exfoliants, or have had dermaplanning or micro-needling done within the past week, you must wait 7 days. The skin is thin and can suffer damage. • Wax lays on top of the skin. It removes a thin layer of skin while removing the hair. A burn can occur. • Thread lays on top of the skin where the hair is looped and removed directly from the follicle. Please state which one you would like before the service begins. The skin may be pinched if not stretched enough. PLEASE KNOW: Do you have any COLD, flu, pneumonia, or cold symptoms? If yes, STOP. Services will not be performed at this time. Schedule when you are feeling better :-) - Non-refundable deposits are due upon booking. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for any service. All services are final. No exceptions. - A form must be completed prior to booking an appointment. Clients must book their own appointments. Appointments are not scheduled by the service provider. - Late arrival policy is strictly enforced. Arrive 5 minutes before the appointment. If you are 10 minutes, there is a $5 fee every 5 minutes.
